It’s Tuesday and here’s the latest for the second annual Smoke-n-Suds Cyclocross Weekend:
1. Omnium: race both days and place in the top 3 get a cool antique beer stein courtesy of Lewis & Clark Outfitters.
2. Highroller Cyclery, The Bike Route, and Phat Tire Bike Shop want you on their stuff! Thanks to each of them for awesome gifts for our hard working racers.
3. BRATS!!! Sunday we will be cooking up some Johnsonville Brats, they are best with your favorite drink. So stick around Sunday and let master grill chief Jared (aka Pip) treat your taste buds.
4. Clif Bar and Nature Valley have generously sponsored the races this year with plenty of exquisite palate pleasing items.
5. P.A. SYSTEM…always a good time.

De Pijp Smoke-n-Suds
Bring your A game, because those folks in the northwest are fast and know their CX. They also know how to put on a great cross race, at a beautiful venue, as evidenced HERE and HERE.
They've got all sorts of tricks up their sleeves, with crazy prizes, a weekend omnium, and it's all a great reason for us central Arkansans to get up to Fayetteville for a weekend.

Your Guide to Crosstoberfest
More info will be added to this post throughout the week.
Crosstoberfest = two cyclocross races in Little Rock on the weekend before Halloween.
Directions: Take I-630 to University Ave exit heading south. After 2 miles, turn right on Col Glenn/Asher. After 1 mile, turn left on Western Hills Ave. After 0.7 miles, entrance is to the left where Westwood Ave meets Western Hills Ave.

Crosstoberfest = two cyclocross races in Little Rock on the weekend before Halloween.
This is your guide, whether you are a racer, fanatic, or merely cross-curious. Both events are free to the public, but racing does require a (totally affordable, totally worth it) entry fee. Even if you've never raced a bike before, you can race Crosstoberfest.
Saturday night's race takes place at a softball complex. Think: fast, compact, technical.
Sunday's race is at the site of a former golf course which was formerly a dairy. Think: sylvan, expansive, hilly.
